Leasing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leasing Executive to become part of our team. As a Leasing Executive, you will be tasked with sourcing commercial properties based on client specifications, conducting property surveys, engaging with property owners, facilitating client interactions, managing negotiations, and overseeing the seamless completion of commercial leasing deals. You will be responsible for comprehending client needs thoroughly, locating appropriate commercial properties, and conducting detailed on-site inspections. Furthermore, you will organize and accompany clients on property visits, offering professional guidance during the inspection process. Your role will also involve negotiating lease terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements between clients and property owners, as well as preparing and supporting in the creation of letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, and lease documentation. To excel in this position, you must stay abreast of real estate market dynamics, rental rates, and upcoming opportunities. Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of commercial properties is crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure a seamless transition and provide ongoing assistance to clients throughout the onboarding and leasing phases. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in real estate leasing, particularly in the commercial sector. - Strong grasp of commercial property markets and leasing procedures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and real estate listing platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in commercial real estate leasing. - Knowledge of the legal aspects of leasing and documentation. - Established network of property owners.
