About the Project
This project is a passion-driven initiative focused on empowering early teens with life skills beyond the classroom — including leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, and critical thinking. If you also have an interest in outreach or youth engagement strategy, there’s room to contribute beyond content creation.

· Content Development: Research and create worksheets, activities, and learning resources tailored for early teens.
· Creative Learning Design: Build experiential content that promotes curiosity, self-reflection, and soft skill development.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Director and team to align content with workshop goals.
· Program Outreach (Optional): Support awareness and outreach efforts, including helping pitch the program to schools or educational communities.

· Skills & Qualities:
- Creative thinker with strong research and writing skills
- Passion for adolescent learning and development
- Proactive, reliable, and accountable for deliverables and deadlines
- Interest in content design, storytelling, or community building
· Experience: 0–3 years in content development or youth programs. Fresh graduates with strong initiative and creativity are welcome.

Important
This is a mission-aligned opportunity for people who care deeply about youth development and are ready to show up with consistency, creativity, and commitment.
