Learning Experience Designer (Youth Programs) Location: Remote Reports To: Program Director Duration: 75–90 days (project-based contract) Compensation: Paid Role Project: A Passion Project About the Project This project is a passion-driven initiative focused on empowering early teens with life skills beyond the classroom — including leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, and critical thinking. We are developing an engaging, globally relevant workshop program that sparks curiosity and confidence in young minds. This is not just another internship — We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset — those who can visualize the bigger picture, take initiative, and bring structure to ideas. You should be excited to co-create meaningful content and ready to take full ownership of your deliverables with clarity and purpose.. Role Overview As a Learning & Engagement Associate, you’ll help shape the foundation of our workshop curriculum. You will research youth-relevant topics, co-create educational content, and develop hands-on activities that resonate with early teens. If you also have an interest in outreach or youth engagement strategy, there’s room to contribute beyond content creation. Key Responsibilities · Content Development: Research and create worksheets, activities, and learning resources tailored for early teens. · Creative Learning Design: Build experiential content that promotes curiosity, self-reflection, and soft skill development. · Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Director and team to align content with workshop goals. · Program Outreach (Optional): Support awareness and outreach efforts, including helping pitch the program to schools or educational communities. What We're Looking For · Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Psychology, Education, Creative Writing, Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA), or related fields. School teachers are welcome . · Skills & Qualities: - Creative thinker with strong research and writing skills - Passion for adolescent learning and development - Proactive, reliable, and accountable for deliverables and deadlines - Interest in content design, storytelling, or community building · Experience: 0–3 years in content development or youth programs. Fresh graduates with strong initiative and creativity are welcome. · Preferred: Graduates from reputed institutions or individuals with personal growth stories that connect with teen development themes.
