About the Project:

We're building a bold new kind of learning experience for early teens — one that cultivates critical thinking. This is a purpose-driven, globally collaborative project designed to move beyond traditional education models and spark lifelong curiosity in young learners.

This isn’t just an internship — it’s an opportunity to co-create something meaningful from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

· Co-design workshop activities and toolkits.

· Conduct research on global youth trends and engagement strategies

· Collaborate in a small, creative, and impact-focused remote team

· [Optional: Support outreach, storytelling, or digital strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

· Background in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Educators, or experience working with purpose-driven projects.

· Experience (or strong interest) in youth engagement or education innovation

· Ability to own projects independently and deliver high-quality work

· Strong written communication and creative problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, or Miro is a plus( ability to learn required tools on the job)
