What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The Learning Experience Design and Development Senior Analyst develops training content based on design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Perform training solutions production on all types of development projects
  • Develop understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research.
  • Develop course outlines and storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
  • Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
  • Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
  • This role should expect to garner minimal feedback/change requirements from their supervisor.
  • Conduct peer reviews as required for compliance to standards, functionality etc.
  • Contribute to best practice/lessons learned developed on the job.
  • Support supervisor in onboarding and mentoring new team members, and other admin. tasks as required.
  • Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback.
  • Communicate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders for inputs, feedback, walkthroughs on training deliverables.
  • Good understanding of Instructional Design principles a. Ability to understand, build on and implement high-level designs b. Proven experience in more than one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training) c. Exposure to digital learning approaches (videos, micro learning, simulations, gamified learning)
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality
  • Able to work with minimal supervision from the Lead/Manager
  • Good experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint) Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts, Any Graduation
