Job Title: Learning & Development (HR) Manager Location: Kolar, Bhopal (On-site) Experience: 3 to 7 years in HR / L&D roles Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA Joining: Immediate joiners only About the Role: We are hiring a Learning & Development Manager for the HR Department, who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all employee development and training-related activities. This role is important to build a skilled, engaged, and high-performing workforce within Secure Diagnostics. Your Key Responsibilities : ● Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments ● Create yearly L&D plans aligned with HR goals and business targets ● Develop and manage onboarding sessions for new joiners ● Track training effectiveness and maintain records ● Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communications ● Work closely with HR, Operations, and Management teams ● Support performance appraisals, feedback systems, and career development plans Who We’re Looking For : ● 3 to 7 years of experience in HR with L&D or training focus ● Good understanding of diagnostics, healthcare, or service industry is a plus ● Strong communication, people handling, and coordination skills ● Hands-on experience in organizing workshops, sessions, and employee events ● Immediate joiners only – based in or willing to relocate to Kolar, Bhopal Why Join Us ? ● Fast-growing diagnostic company with strong future vision ● Opportunity to lead employee development initiatives ● Positive and professional team environment ● Stability, growth, and learning Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
