Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for designing and implementing learning initiatives, talent development strategies, and employee engagement programs to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills, performance, and leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design learning roadmaps.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, collaboration, and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders to align L&D strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training and engagement activities.
  • Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and digital learning platforms.
