About the Role:

Learning & Development (L&D)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing programs, curating & releasing impactful communication and engagement campaigns and capability-building initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth execution of training programs and cultural events.
• Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports.
• Take ownership of tasks while contributing creative ideas for enhancing employee experience.

Education / Certifications / Experience:

• 0–1 years of overall experience.

  Fresh MBAs encouraged to apply.
• Any

  Learning & Development / Organization Development certifications

  strongly preferred.
• Exposure to HR, L&D, OD, or engagement projects during internships will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Learning Agility & Strong Owner’s mindset, Attention to details
• Strong interest in HR, Learning, Culture, and Employee Engagement.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Tools Like Canva, Articulate 360 is an added advantage.
• Creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
