Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning Experience Designer for a prestigious AI product client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and experience in utilizing AI tools. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing workforce trends, identifying educational needs, and supporting corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The Learning Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful learning programs, manage partnerships, and contribute to promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Needs Assessment:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze workforce trends in AI.
• Identify learning and development needs based on AI industry insights.
• Provide inputs to the CSR Manager to identify and engage new partners.

• Learning Design and Development:

• Assess and design or adapt partner programs to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement learning designs tailored for AI applications.
• Present program designs and updates to the steering committee for feedback and approval.

• Partnership Management:

• Act as the liaison with partners for AI-focused learning content development.
• Identify necessary changes and translate content to meet language and cultural requirements.
• Evaluate and enhance partnerships for continuous improvement.

• Promotional Activities:

• Organize and conduct webinars to promote AI learning offerings and engage with a wider audience.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, AI, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in learning design, market research, and partnership management within the AI sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for translation and content optimization.
