About the Role

Learning Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning content, modules, and full-scale programs aligned with curriculum goals and learner needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, career coaches, and the Student Circus team to create engaging and inclusive content.
• Use learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, H5P, etc.) to design multimedia resources and assessments.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure all learning materials adhere to accessibility and instructional design best practices.
• Review and iterate on learning content based on feedback and learner analytics.
• Stay updated with trends in online learning, instructional design, and edtech.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or related field.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a learning designer or instructional designer role.

·        Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning modules, videos, assessments, or other learning materials.

·        Proficiency with learning design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international students or in global education.
• Knowledge of video editing or animation tools.
