We are looking for a Partner Engagement Analyst who can play a critical role in fostering strong partnerships with Universities and International Students and maximizing the value derived from those relationships. They act as a trusted advisor, advocates, and strategic partner for the company's partners, working towards mutual success and sustained business growth. Job Description : As a University Partnership Associate, you will be at the forefront of fostering strategic alliances with esteemed universities across the UK, Germany, Austria, and Australia. This dynamic role not only involves serving as the linchpin between our organization and partner universities but also places you in a pivotal position to shape the experiences of international students through our platform Additionally, the role entails maintaining regular communication with international students (platform users) to comprehend their needs and coordinate with the team to implement solutions. Job responsibilities also include overseeing the Campus Ambassador Program. Please note that this position requires office-based work and does not allow for remote or hybrid arrangements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partner universities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Partner Relationship Management Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with partner universities. Help customers through email, phone, and online presentations. Responsible for working with the Marketing team to onboard and integrate new clients. Training and Support arranging online demos to train university staff. Reporting and Analysis 2. Student Community Management: Work closely with student ambassadors to create a positive and engaged community. Empower ambassadors to help fellow students seamlessly join our platform, providing guidance and support as they embark on their educational journey. Inspire our ambassadors to kindle awareness across the university, highlighting the platform's dynamic offerings and presenting its manifold benefits and opportunities to the entire student body. Events hosted by the ambassadors, ensuring maximum engagement and impact within the university. 3.Collaboration: Forge seamless collaborations with our internal teams to co-create and deliver optimal solutions for our valued partners. Partner closely with universities and our dedicated ambassadors to streamline the signup process and impart comprehensive product knowledge, ensuring an effortless onboarding experience. Serve as a valuable conduit for feedback from our partners, channeling their insights into our ongoing efforts to enhance our products and services, thereby fostering a continuous cycle of improvement and innovation. Requirements: 2+ Years experience in SAAS based technologies/ Edtech Industries/ Study Abroad Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience CRM and database management Relationship-building skills.
