We are currently seeking a Learning Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in converting our vision into compelling and effective learning experiences for our student community. As a creative and ambitious Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, interactive learning content and programs that resonate with our goal of empowering international students. The ideal candidate will possess a deep enthusiasm for instructional design, a student-centric approach, and a history of crafting engaging digital learning pathways. Key Responsibilities: - Develop digital learning content, modules, and comprehensive programs that are in line with educational objectives and student requirements. - Collaborate with subject matter experts, career mentors, and the Student Circus team to produce inclusive and captivating educational materials. - Utilize learning authoring tools like Articulate, Rise, H5P, etc., to design multimedia resources and assessments. - Perform needs analysis to recognize learning gaps and propose scalable solutions. - Ensure all educational materials comply with accessibility standards and instructional design guidelines. - Review and refine learning content based on feedback and learner data. - Keep abreast of developments in online learning, instructional design, and educational technology. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning designer or instructional designer role. - Impressive portfolio demonstrating e-learning modules, videos, assessments, or similar learning materials. - Proficiency in learning design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. - Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Nice to Have: - Prior experience working with international students or in the global education sector. - Familiarity with video editing or animation tools.
