About the Role

entry-level, full-time, remote position

You’ll work closely with experienced instructional designers and trainers to design digital learning experiences that are clear, compliant, and engaging.

VET (Vocational Education and Training)

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing eLearning modules using

  Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate

• Support the upload, testing, and maintenance of courses in LMS platforms

• Design basic layouts, interactions, and assessments using templates and style guides

• Work collaboratively with trainers, SMEs, and graphic designers

• Participate in reviews and apply feedback to continuously improve your work

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with a

  genuine interest in instructional design and eLearning

• Basic understanding of Articulate

  or

  Adobe Captivate

  (or willingness to learn quickly!)
• Awareness of

  LMS systems

  and online learning environments
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, professional design
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Most importantly —

  a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role
