Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Learning Designer to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning content that enriches the employability path of international students. Working closely with the content, product, and partnerships teams, you will craft impactful learning experiences through online courses, interactive modules, and multimedia resources. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop digital learning materials such as e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and interactive resources. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and the partnerships team to transform employability content into captivating online learning experiences. - Manage the end-to-end learning design process, from needs analysis and storyboarding to development and delivery. - Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and user-friendliness in all learning content. - Utilize instructional design best practices and learning technologies like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, and LMS platforms. - Continuously assess and enhance learning content based on feedback from students and university partners. Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in instructional design, digital learning, or similar roles. - Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design software. - Strong written and visual communication skills. - Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging content. - Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Familiarity with employability, higher education, or student-focused content is preferred.
