Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the full L&D strategy for operational staff, including housekeeping and GDA teams, while ensuring compliance with JACA/NABH standards and supporting overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement L&D strategy for housekeeping, GDA, and other operational staff.
• Plan and deliver training programs on operational standards, safety, hygiene, and quality compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to JACA/NABH standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and operational performance improvement.
• Maintain training budgets and manage external training vendors.
• Support HR and Operations in performance appraisal, skill development, and career progression of operational staff.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in operational training, audits, and compliance standards (JACA/NABH).
• Strategic thinking and ability to design impactful learning programs.
• Proficiency in LMS and training documentation systems.
• Analytical skills for performance evaluation and reporting.

Salary: Competitive, as per experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
