Position : Learning and Development Manager

Location : Cochin

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/

Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or any equivalent.

Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Learning and Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years of experience in leading the L& D function of a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop and implement various Learning & Development

strategies and programs in alignment with the overall organizational goal.

* Collaborate with operational teams to develop training programs to

improve employee productivity and efficiency.

* Lead and manage various capability building and leadership development

programs.

* Conduct train-the-trainer and other workshops to ensure capability building

of current training team, scalability and effectiveness.

* Periodic review of SOPs in collaboration with operational team and conduct

audits to ensure quality standards are adhered.

Salary: 13 LPA (Negotiable)
