Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning programs: onboarding, technical training, soft skills, leadership development, and functional skill-building initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person). Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses, enrollments, and feedback are properly recorded and maintained. Support learning need analysis by gathering insights from managers, performance reviews, and employee feedback. Track learning participation, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics and share regular reports with leadership. Assist in content curation, microlearning programs, and digital learning initiatives using innovative tools and AI-driven platforms. Support the development of career paths, competency frameworks, and personalized learning journeys for employees. Promote a strong learning culture through communication campaigns, gamification, and employee engagement activities related to development. Maintain updated documentation, feedback analysis, and impact assessments for all L&D programs.
