Learning and Development Asst. Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning and Development professional to lead impactful learning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs through regular interaction with leadership and team managers.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding, skill enhancement, compliance, and leadership development.
• Develop engaging learning content including presentations, training manuals, e-learning materials, and microlearning assets.
• Organize and facilitate in-house workshops, virtual sessions, and external training collaborations.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tools to track training participation and performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participation, and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Two to five years of experience in learning and development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong ability to analyze data and measure the impact of training programs.
• Creative mindset with a strong focus on learner engagement and business alignment.
• Certification in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or similar areas is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
