Learning and Development Asst. Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Learning and Development (L&D) professional to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct training need analysis through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
• Develop e-learning modules, in-person workshops, and onboarding programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and continuously improve content
• Track training participation, feedback, and performance improvement metrics
• Partner with department heads to support team-specific learning initiatives
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and L&D calendar
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Proven experience in training design and facilitation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LMS tools, online learning platforms, and feedback systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in L&D, Instructional Design, or Training
• Experience in EdTech or the education sector is a plus
• Analytical mindset to assess training ROI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
