Role Overview

The CRM Account Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end CRM operations on

LeadSquared

, driving automation for lead generation and nurturing, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across QHT Clinic and TheURoots. The role focuses on improving client/patient engagement, data-driven insights, and process efficiency through CRM automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations on LeadSquared, ensuring accurate data management and smooth process flow.
  • Design and implement automation workflows for lead capture, distribution, follow-ups, patient/client engagement, and campaign tracking.
  • Drive lead generation and upscaling of campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) through automation within LeadSquared.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and integration of automation with existing processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report CRM & automation performance using LeadSquared dashboards.
  • Ensure adoption of LeadSquared features across teams with training and support.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups through automated reminders and workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Mandatory experience in LeadSquared CRM (automation workflows, campaign tracking, dashboards).
  • Strong understanding of CRM automation and lead management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage CRM processes across two brands (QHT Clinic & TheURoots).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM.
  • Experience in healthcare/wellness/service industries preferred.
