Lead/Senior Digital Marketing Consultant
Location: Hytech City, HyderabadIKCON Technologies Inc.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the execution of digital strategies to grow the UMS brand's online presence, drive demand generation, and optimize marketing performance. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email).Run A/B testing and optimize ad performance (CTR, CPC, CAC).Drive traffic through SEO strategies (on-page/off-page SEO, keyword targeting).Implement SEM tactics to improve visibility and conversions.Manage marketing automation workflows (email campaigns, nurture flows).
Analytics & Optimization
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot to track performance.Generate insights from campaign metrics to improve targeting and ROI.Provide monthly reporting on lead gen performance and digital KPIs.
Social Media Management
Own and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).Schedule regular posts, track engagement, and align content with brand messaging.
Collaboration & Asset Creation
Work with design and content teams to create assets for campaigns:Social graphicsLanding pagesDigital adsEmail templatesCoordinate with partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google) for co-branded campaigns.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerSEO/SEM tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, MozMarketing automation tools: HubSpot, Marketo, SalesforceStrong analytical and campaign optimization skills.Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for marketing creatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise software or SaaS marketing.Familiarity with BFSI, Property Management, or Healthcare sectors.Understanding of compliance frameworks and AI-driven technologies.Global team collaboration experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
