The role holder should be able to connect the dots between business, culture, and consumer behavior. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We’re looking for a brand builder, category storyteller, and strategic thought partner who’s ready to shape the future of one of India’s fastest-growing fintech companies.
• Lead the evolution of 5paisa’s brand strategy in line with business priorities and consumer insights.
• Craft a distinctive brand identity, voice, and positioning that makes 5paisa memorable and meaningful.
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines across the organization — because consistency builds trust.
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact 360° campaigns — across digital, TV, social, and influencer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to turn creative ideas into tangible business impact.
• Continuously measure and optimize for brand lift, awareness, and ROI.
• Lead the storytelling across all customer-facing touchpoints — product, social, ads, and more.
• Bring ideas to life through films, explainer videos, reels, stories, podcasts, and formats yet to be invented.
• Make finance human, engaging, and relatable. Make people feel something.
• Partner with Product, Growth, HR, CX, and Tech teams to embed the brand into the company’s DNA.
• Co-lead employer branding efforts with the People & Culture team under the “Life at 5paisa” banner.
• Align with insights and analytics to build smarter, sharper brand strategies.
• Lead relationships with creative, media, and production partners — from briefing to execution to impact.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and demand creative excellence.
• Track brand metrics like awareness, recall, sentiment, NPS — and translate numbers into action.
• Keep a close watch on competitors, trends, and culture to ensure we’re always a few steps ahead.Special Projects & Innovation
• Drive brand-led IPs, partnerships, sponsorships, and first-of-its-kind initiatives.
• Experiment with new formats, platforms, and playbooks — from reels to Reddit threads to real-world activations.
• 6–10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, FMCG, or consumer startups.
• A track record of memorable campaigns, compelling narratives, and measurable brand impact.
• Equal parts strategist and storyteller — with the instinct to connect ideas, people, and culture.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency ecosystems.
• Data-savvy with a bias for action, experimentation, and creativity.
