This role provides technical support for Institutional Business, Retail Sales, and the entire supply chain, acting as a bridge between the Refinery and Marketing divisions. It ensures product quality from the refinery stage to the end customer, addresses customer issues, and enhances product awareness. Additionally, the role identifies new business development opportunities, including new product lines and renewable energy initiatives.

- Marketing Quality Operations
- Oversee operations at supply locations and conduct quality inspections at Retail Outlets and supply points.
- Manage and supervise Pali and Vadinar Marketing Labs.
- New Product Development
- Assess market scenarios and identify new opportunities.
- Develop technical specifications for new products and conduct trials with major customers.
- Business Forums & Industry Engagement
- Represent Nayara in industry forums and manage certifications.
- Explore tie-ups with other oil companies.
- Statutory Compliance
- Monitor changes in statutes and procedures; ensure compliance with future regulations.
- Infrastructure Management
- Manage infrastructure projects for Institutional Business (RCD, fuelling infrastructure, consumer pump maintenance).
- Conduct monthly inspections and assess requirements for prospective customers.
- Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Evaluate additives for retail trade.
- Process Development & Competency Enhancement
- Drive process improvements and seek training programs for technical and behavioural skill development.
- Business Development
- Prepare business cases for new opportunities and present to management.
- Plan and execute strategies for new product development and transition to sales teams.
