Your Responsibilities include: - Working directly with founders, VPs, and hiring leaders of top-tier startups. - Analyzing organizational structures, technology stacks, and business objectives to devise effective hiring strategies. - Managing mandates across various functions such as engineering, product development, data, and leadership roles. - Crafting compelling hiring narratives to attract suitable candidates. - Mapping the talent landscape by not only sourcing candidates but also identifying trends, intentions, and market dynamics. - Leading a team of skilled recruiters to elevate the hiring standards both internally and externally. - Ensuring precision in candidate assessment, compensation structuring, and negotiation tactics. - Staying abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, startup activities, and shifts in leadership within the industry. Ideal Candidate Profile: - At least 6 years of experience in technical hiring within the realms of early-stage and growth-stage startup environments. - Proficient understanding of engineering positions, technology frameworks, and product organizational setups. - Effective communicator with the ability to offer insights to founders and challenge hiring strategies when necessary. - Detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy. - Strategic thinker when it comes to talent acquisition, not just a transaction executor. - Comfortable navigating through uncertainty, naturally inquisitive, and possesses a keen analytical mindset.
