Technical (Must-Have)

• Java /J2EE , Spring (Core/Boot), SQL
• Hibernate/JPA
• Application servers: IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or equivalent (Liberty/JBoss/WebLogic/Tomcat)
• Databases: Oracle / DB2

Technical (Good to Have)

• SOAP/REST web services
• Spring Batch
• IBM MQ
• Docker, Jenkins
• Microsoft Azure

Delivery & Leadership

• Requirement Analysis, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Solution delivery; problem resolution (story-level & production)
• Team leading & collaboration
• BFSI exposure
• Client interaction & stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience working in Scrum teams
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
