Lead Functional Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and driving adoption of our Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization. As the SharePoint platform / application management Functional Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management suite.

• Manage and support SharePoint platform / applications, namely: SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and other related applications.
• Develop and implement governance policies, security measures, retention/deletion policies and best practices to ensure data integrity, compliance, and information security within the SharePoint platform / application management environment.
• Drive adoption of SharePoint platform / application management tools and features across the organization through training, workshops, and communication campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SharePoint platform / application management capabilities.
• Customize and configure SharePoint platform / applications to meet specific business requirements, including creating SharePoint sites, custom workflows, forms, and templates.
• Monitor and analyze usage metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the SharePoint platform / application management environment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including resolving issues related to SharePoint platform / applications and integrations.
• Stay informed about new features and updates in the Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management ecosystem and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's productivity and collaboration initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to implement integrations and enhancements to the Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management environment.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management administration and usage.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and administering Office 365 environments, mainly SharePoint Online
• In-depth understanding of Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management capabilities, features, and licensing options.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing governance policies, security measures, and best practices within Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 SharePoint platform / application management administration and automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Office 365 SharePoint platform / applications and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
