Position Summary

Lead Salesforce Developer

client stakeholders, project managers, Dev Tech Leads, and development teams

Key Responsibilities

Deployment Management

• Lead Salesforce deployments across

  multiple sandboxes and production environments

• Own and validate

  deployment guides

  , ensuring adherence to quality and process standards
• Coordinate deployment schedules with

  PMs, developers, and client stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with

  Change Sets, Salesforce DX

  , and Salesforce deployment limitations
• Design, maintain, and optimize

  CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Experience with deployment tools such as

  Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT

• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve deployment and release issues

Code Quality & Governance

• Enforce Salesforce coding standards and best practices (

  Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers

  )
• Perform

  peer code reviews

  and guide teams on scalable and maintainable design
• Monitor and manage

  static code analysis using Salesforce Code Analyzer

• Maintain reusable components, coding patterns, and technical documentation

Application Security

• Integrate and manage

  application security scans using Veracode

• Review, interpret, and prepare responses for

  HCL / AppScan security reports

• Identify, triage, and remediate

  security vulnerabilities and leakages

• Ensure compliance with

  client security guidelines and Salesforce security best practices

• Coordinate with Dev Tech Leads on remediation plans and report progress to clients
• Obtain client approvals for application security compliance
• Conduct security awareness sessions for development teams

Client & Team Coordination

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for deployment-related client communication
• Collaborate with

  Admins, Architects, and Business Analysts

• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
• Mentor junior developers on

  Salesforce development, deployment, and security best practices

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Application Security & Vulnerability Remediation
• Salesforce Code Analyzer
• Code Quality Tuning & Code Review Expertise
• Identification & Remediation of Security Leakages
• CI/CD Pipeline Implementation
• Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Release Management)
• Salesforce Application Builder
• Copado – Deployment Experience (Preferred)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven leadership in

  enterprise-scale Salesforce deployments

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce metadata, configuration, and packaging

• Experience with

  static code analysis and security scanning tools

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce

  Platform Developer I & II

  certifications
• Azure DevOps + Git branching strategies
• Salesforce DevOps Center experience
• Secure coding practices in Salesforce
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Exposure to

  large-scale, multi-org Salesforce implementations
