Job Description

As a Retail Sales Manager in our telecommunications company, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Building and expanding our retail network, driving seller acquisitions, training Retailers/sellers, and developing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. You will also create and share dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making. - Ensuring high visibility at all retail points through effective merchandising by merchandisers. Key Skillset: - Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager with a track record of building retail networks and driving sales growth. - Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation, experience in CRM and sales management software. - Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics. - Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. What you'll bring to the team: Retail Network Development: - Identify, recruit, and onboard new retailers. - Develop strategies to expand retail presence and increase market penetration. Retailers Training: - Design and implement training programs for retailers. - Monitor progress and provide ongoing support for continuous improvement. Sales Funnel Optimization: - Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates. - Implement solutions to streamline the retail sales process. Digital Media Utilization: - Leverage digital media platforms for lead generation and conversion. - Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing for retail sales. Field Team Collaboration: - Work closely with retail field teams to convert leads into sales. - Provide training and support on lead conversion techniques. Data Analysis: - Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. - Generate reports and insights for strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams. - Align lead generation strategies with business goals. Acquisition Strategy: - Develop innovative acquisition strategies. - Align acquisition efforts with overall business goals. Dashboard and Reporting: - Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance and market trends. - Share insights with senior management to inform decisions. Market Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize performance. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA/PGDM/MMS in Marketing/Sales/Distribution. - Experience: 5+ years in the telecommunications industry.
