Location: Chennai, TN, India

As a lead Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing a team, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client requirements. Your responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment tasks, database management, client-candidate coordination, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding job descriptions and the asks from the client completely.

- Sourcing candidates through portals, social media, databases, and networking.

- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews.

- Coordinating candidate interviews.

- Maintaining regular communication with candidates.

- Keeping detailed records of recruitment activities.

- Meeting position filling targets and deadlines.

- Providing updates to the client POCs.

- Assisting in bulk hiring and walk-in drives.

- Supporting onboarding coordination and induction procedures.

- Managing a team for an end to end sourcing and screening activities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business Management preferred).

- 4-6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.

- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and social media recruitment.

- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a team player.
