### Job Title: Project Manager / Delivery Manager / IT Manager (Japanese Language Expert) Location:** Chennai, India Experience:** 12+ Years Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager / IT Manager with a strong command of the Japanese language to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in project management, delivery, or IT management roles and must be proficient in Japanese to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects or delivery operations, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals. Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and report on project status. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Oversee IT infrastructure management and ensure alignment with business objectives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT management and project delivery. Requirements 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or IT Management roles. Proficiency in the Japanese language (both written and spoken) is a must. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in managing complex IT projects with global teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certifications are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
