Lead Recruiter

You will be responsible for leading the recruitment process at YMI Gharsoaps Pvt. Ltd. in the Human Resource department located in Narhe, Pune. Ghar Soaps is a skin care brand committed to simplifying skin care routines with natural ingredients and straightforward products to enhance the skin care experience for customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collecting manpower requirements from department heads after finalizing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). - Head hunting and mass hiring experience. - Utilizing different hiring portals and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies. - Following up with candidates post-offer and pre-joining. - Updating and enhancing the recruitment process for improved quality of hire. - Providing information on competitors" salaries and roles in the industry. - Meeting recruitment timelines and budgets for all grades. - Conducting smooth recruitment life cycle and managing MIS reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate degree in any stream. - Post Graduation in HR. - More than 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
