Lead Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles.
  
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans and talent requirements.
  
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
  
• Conduct screening, evaluation, and selection of candidates aligned with business needs.
  
• Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  
• Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership reviews.
  
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality hiring from external partners.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and talent acquisition standards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting and tools (ATS, HRMS).
  
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
  

Qualifications

• Graduation/Post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  
• Experience working with senior leadership is a plus.
