Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  for IT positions from requirement gathering to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Develop and implement

  effective sourcing strategies

  using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right technical and cultural fit.
• Handle

  niche and leadership-level hiring

  across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, etc.
• Negotiate offers and manage the

  candidate engagement process

  till onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies in the IT landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  domestic IT recruitment

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  IT technologies and job roles

  across domains.
• Proven ability to

  close niche and hard-to-fill positions

  within tight deadlines.
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Experience working with

  ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

  and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
