- Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale migration projects (M365, Azure, Nutanix) with strict timelines.
- Interface with vendors and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate and ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee migration of workloads from VMware to Microsoft Azure, and M365, and deployment of Nutanix environments.
- Replace remote office VMware environments with Nutanix systems.
- Provide advanced expertise in Nutanix, O365/M365, Azure, virtualization, and cloud architectures (including AWS).
- Develop and review architecture and migration plans in collaboration with vendors and client teams.
- Lead, plan, and participate in project design, system administration, and ongoing support.
- Apply advanced security principles and best practices across Azure, Nutanix, M365, and AVD.
- Optimize cloud performance and spending, particularly in Azure.
- Develop automation solutions (e.g., Ansible, Python) to streamline IT operations.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Coordinate administrative, maintenance, and support activities for infrastructure.
- Act as a technical lead, escalating critical issues and ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
- Assist management in vendor oversight and resource management.
- Lead design discussions and recommend solutions for improving or resolving mission-critical systems.
