• Framework design from scratch
• REST services, SOA architecture

• Team Leadership:

  Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams (2–5 members)

• Process Knowledge:

  Documentation, test strategy, test plan creation, and presentation skills

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, client interaction, collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2–5 automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing.
• Build and enhance frameworks using

  Selenium with Java & JavaScript

  and

  Playwright

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement backend testing using SQL queries, CSS, XPath, and best coding practices.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and integrate automation into development workflows.
• Conduct parallel and cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack or Selenoid.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation — test plans, reports, and presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, explore new tools, and integrate modern test automation approaches.

Good to Have

• Experience with Cypress, WebDriver.IO, or other Java/JavaScript test frameworks.
• Exposure to performance testing (JMeter) and security testing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tool integration.
• Database testing experience.
