Lead Python Full-Stack Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with deep experience in Python (FastAPI/Django) on the backend, and React + TypeScript or Angular on the frontend. The ideal candidate should have hands-on DevOps exposure and strong experience working with PostgreSQL. Experience in healthcare platforms, particularly EMR/EHR systems, is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React + TypeScript or Angular.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Work closely with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing functionality.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making for complex systems.
• (If healthcare domain experience) Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, or other EHR/EMR interoperability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and/or Django.
• Proficiency with React + TypeScript; experience with Angular is a plus.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL including query optimization and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps concepts: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience architecting scalable and secure systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
