Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, lead a sales team, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the region. Key Responsibilities o Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets o Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales o Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking o Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales o Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each o Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects o Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements o Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis o Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions o Maintains regular contact via phone/on-site visits with customers to ensure satisfaction o Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods o Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns o Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation o Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings o Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improve sales tools. o Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or any allied domain with experience in software sales o Having CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied solution sales/ technical experience would be an added advantage o Good knowledge of local market o Ability to develop new business opportunities o Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently o Ability to travel up to 70% Benefits: o Challenging job within a young and dynamic team o Performance-driven, Career Progression Opportunities o Attractive remuneration package: On par with Industry Standards o Opportunity to join an organization experiencing year on year growth.
