Lead Product Manager

UKG is looking for a Lead Product Manager who can take the lead of scrum teams, providing direction and clarification to the Agile development team throughout the project and create, prioritize, groom and manage requirements.
Activities include:Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work onPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productWork with Product Managers to define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunitiesAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyProvide backlog management, iteration planning, writing and elaborating on user storiesWork closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROIProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsFollow our competitors and the industryKeep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsProvide functional demonstrations of productsAssist in drafting and editing product-related documentationWork with cross functional teams in support of product launchQualificationsBasic:Minimum 3+ years in Product Management in the HCM/WFM domainBachelors Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working with Payroll, tax calculation, tax complianceExperience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologiesEnterprise SaaS software solution experienceCommercial product management experience or similarStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsSuperior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders with strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and in team-oriented structures
