Role Overview: You will be joining Loopio as a Lead Product Manager, where you will play a crucial role in making Response Management indispensable for every sales team. Your primary focus will be on our largest, most complex enterprise customers, collaborating closely with various departments to build strong enterprise platform capabilities. This is an opportunity to contribute your 7+ years of practice experience towards creating an industry-leading B2B software and driving technical leadership and product strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs to deliver maximum value - Work closely with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for customers - Own your roadmap, ensuring alignment and excitement across the business and for customers - Engage actively with enterprise customers, deeply understanding their needs and aligning them with your roadmap - Define and own outcomes for your roadmap along with your pod leads, delivering meaningful and measurable success for the enterprise customer segment Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping successful products in the Enterprise space - Experience in building platform capabilities is desired - 2+ years of experience working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager, ideally in an empowered product team model - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver value - Strong technical understanding and experience in software development, with the ability to discuss technical product details with engineers - Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines - Strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable product strategies - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels Additional Company Details: Loopio is a global company headquartered in Canada, embracing flexible work models.
