That’s not a tagline — that’s how we move Your Impact Areas ● Translate product strategy into product goals, specs, and user flows ● Define and own the product roadmap and user experience vision ● Define and track OKRs/KPIs to measure product success and business impact ● Serve as the voice of the customer by incorporating user feedback into product iterations ● Champion agile practices and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decisions ● Collaborate with engineering, stakeholders, and sales to drive prioritization ● Draft functional specs and lead UAT execution with Product Marketing Managers ● Conduct primary/secondary research for product features and data sources ● Lead partner integration planning and execution to strengthen product value Unlock this Role with ● (7-10) years experience in SaaS or E-commerce product management ● Strong background in wireframes, documentation, and stakeholder management ● Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and UAT planning ● Experience mentoring or managing junior product managers or cross-functional pods ● Deep understanding of customer journeys and product-led growth strategies ● UX development familiarity and research-driven approach Academic and Technical Checklist ● B.Tech + MBA (Tier 1 or 2 institute) ● Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic documentation ● Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities Skills That Set You Apart ● Product Leadership & Vision ● Cross-functional Collaboration ● Customer Obsession & Empathy ● UAT Planning & Execution ● Market Research & Roadmapping ● Strategic Partner Integration Show more Show less
