Key Responsibilities

Own outbound strategy: Design and execute multi-channel outbound programs targeting enterprise ICPs across key verticals.
Lead and coach team: Manage and upskill a team of 5-7 SDRs to consistently achieve qualified pipeline goals.
Automation & tooling: Build and optimize scalable outreach workflows using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with marketing and sales to identify high-value accounts and run targeted, personalized campaigns.
Pipeline ownership: Drive measurable impact on enterprise pipeline creation through data-driven experimentation and performance tracking.
Messaging & positioning: Collaborate with marketing to craft strong, insight-led messaging that resonates with C-suite decision-makers.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine ICPs, optimize conversion, and enhance engagement.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in outbound demand generation or SDR leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
Proven success in managing SDR teams and consistently exceeding pipeline targets.
Hands-on experience with automation, CRM, and sequencing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making with a focus on metrics and ROI.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and coaching skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
