Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Aquarius Smart Batching Plant Software.
Architect scalable and modular backend systems using the .NET framework.
Optimize and refine user interfaces for operational efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration with industrial automation systems including PLCs and SCADA platforms.
Develop and maintain advanced reporting features using Crystal Reports or equivalent tools.
Review code and ensure compliance with internal coding and security standards.
Mentor junior developers and oversee task allocations and timelines.
Work closely with Plant, Design, and Service departments to gather requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields
Minimum 10 years in software development using the .NET / Windows-based stack, with at least 2 years as a team lead.
Strong command of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms/WPF).
Expertise in SQL databases, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of industrial automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA) preferred.
Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.
Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
