As a Design leader in the making you’ll be empowered to take on Design projects and manage stakeholders taking end to end responsibility. You will proactively collaborate with the design, product & brand team and create assets, set guidelines, and bring to life visual content that seamlessly integrates with PhonePe products. We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio who demonstrates a clear understanding of Design and is ready to learn and hit the ground running. Strong attention to detail is a must along with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to commercialization. You need to ensure adherence to brand guidelines that reinforce PhonePe’s brand’s promise through its visual touch points across creatives set for CRM/Brand. Creates and executes design for key projects and initiatives using the category/brand’s design strategy. Collaborate with the Creative manager to create the Design strategy fundamentals. Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and TG Reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted Visual design for, Banners, Emailer’s design, and infographics. Creating Print and digital design for brand marketing collaterals.
