Lead Java Developer

Java 8 & above, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, ReactJS,

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.

· Architect and develop high-performing applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical requirements and solutions.

· Manage containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

· Work on database design, performance optimization, and query tuning for SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

· Integrate cloud services leveraging AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).

· Lead front-end development efforts with ReactJS for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

· Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

· Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and quality.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· Technical Skills:

o Strong proficiency in Java 8 & above and OOPS principles.

o Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

o Expertise in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

o Experience with AWS cloud services.

o Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

o Front-end development experience with ReactJS.

· Soft Skills:

o Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.

o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

· Knowledge of ELK Stack for application monitoring and logging.

· Knowledge of API gateways and security best practices.

· Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
