Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing robust back-end systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and system requirements. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices. Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues. Participate in planning, estimation, and project management discussions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of professional Java development experience. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and Agile development methodologies. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
