Job Description

About the Role - We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be a champion for best practices, mentor and guide the development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java 13 or Java 17. Lead the team in architecting and implementing best practices for distributed systems. Ensure high code quality, performance, and security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product teams. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Drive best practices in CI/CD and API design. Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance. Should be able to take decision on architecture level.
