Job Title: Lead IT Recruiter / Recruiting Manager (Onsite – Hyderabad)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled, results-driven Lead IT Recruiter / Recruiting Manager to join our team. This is an onsite role in Hyderabad (No Remote), requiring strong leadership in managing an offshore recruitment team while driving client development and sales within the US IT staffing industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US IT recruitment and sales, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working with vendors for resource submissions, and maintaining submission data. Additionally, this role will involve guiding bench sales efforts, expanding vendor partnerships, and pursuing state vendorships and certifications as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the offshore recruitment team, ensuring high performance in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for US-based clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for various IT roles, including Software Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to job offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and track submission data, sourced candidates, and hiring performance metrics.
  • Build and expand vendor relationships, manage resource submissions, and work on state vendorships and certifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and the bench sales team.
  • Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, visa regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US IT recruitment and sales, preferably within a staffing or consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume IT hiring, vendor management, and client development.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT market, visa regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing offshore teams and leading recruitment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Ability to join immediately (within a week to 10 days).

Employment Details:

  • Location: Hyderabad (Onsite – No Remote)
  • Shift: 8:30 AM EST – 6:30 PM EST
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Compensation: Competitive salary with industry-best recurring incentives
