Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Manual Test Lead

Experience Range:

7 to 10 years of total experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida and Pune

Must Have Skills:

• Manual Testing Expertise:
• Strong experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Data validation and testing across Salesforce modules
• Leadership & Management:
• Proven experience in leading manual testing teams
• Task assignment, workload management, and mentoring
• Ability to foster team collaboration and productivity
• Salesforce Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities and data models
• Hands-on experience in analyzing business/technical requirements for testing
• Tool Proficiency:
• Bug tracking tools like Jira
• Test management tools
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction (written and verbal)
• Good email etiquette, defect reporting, and collaboration with BAs and developers
• Testing Methodologies:
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Good to Have Skills:

• Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge:
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification

• Test Automation Exposure:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement manual test strategies for Salesforce projects
• Define scope, objectives, and test timelines in coordination with project teams
• Lead the execution of test cases and oversee defect lifecycle management
• Ensure thorough test coverage based on business and technical requirements
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of manual testers
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment
• Track and report on testing progress, issues, and quality metrics
• Support UAT and ensure readiness for go-live
