Role : Senior Full Stack Java developer

Looking for a Senior full stack developer. The developer should find ways to innovate to solve problems. In order to be successful, the Developer will need to have strong technical and communication skills and must be comfortable operating in an agile, dynamic environment.

• 6 or more years as a full stack developer with experience in server side frameworks (Node JS, Java / Spring / Spring Cloud / Hibernate / SpringBoot Microservices)

• Experience in angular JS for 3+ years

• Experience with Microservices / Rest services / Soap

• Design and integrate with both internal and external APIs and adhere to development lifecycle best practices

• Should have experience design and developing Java applications in Amazon cloud computing platform (AWS)

• Must have hands-on experience with GIT for version control, integrating AWS CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing vulnerability assessment tools

• Experience in Angular or other client-side JavaScript frameworks, plus jQuery and HTML5

• Works with stakeholders at every level of the organization soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and executives; supporting business unit managers as they leverage business architecture and product development artifacts to create and implement client business plans

• Provide direct input into the governance cycle that supports the achievement of key goals planning and execution of various scenarios and delivery of bottom line value to the business

• Help client business and leadership team with problem definition

• Lead business and technology consulting projects to deliver client objectives

• Perform assessments of client business processes organizational change IT processes and technology landscape; identifying transformational recommendations

• Develop a business and technical architecture strategy based on situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations

• Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing key views of the enterprise.

• Knowledge of Postgres/ Oracle / MySQL / NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J)

• Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Experience with Node.js, React, Backbone or other client-side MVC technologies is a plus

• Experience with JavaScript build tools and dependency management (npm, bower, grunt, gulp)

• Experience creating responsive designs (Bootstrap, mobile, etc.)

• Experience with unit and automation testing (Jasmine, Protractor, JUnit)

• Knowledge of Java build tools and dependency management (gradle, maven) Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web components, ES6 and typescript

• REST API design and implementation, with a proven ability to optimize services for sub‑second response times

• Having health insurance domain knowledge is a beneficial

• Ability to write Shell scripts, Python programs and troubleshooting will be added advantage

• Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, AQD, and Prompt AI is a plus
