Experience Range

Total IT Experience: 5–7 years
Relevant Salesforce Experience: 3–5+ years in Salesforce.com development, configuration & administration
Exceptions Allowed: 5+ years total experience, with SPIFF development exposure (good to have)

Must-Have Skills

3–5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Auto-Launched, Screen Flows).
Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex and LWC with supporting JavaScript frameworks.
Strong capability in Apex Triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP API development.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices.
Strong experience with Lightning Record Pages, Lightning App Builder, and Dynamic Forms.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; strong grasp of OOB features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with onsite/offshore teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to write clean, reusable code and follow trigger frameworks/best practices.
Ability to explain end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation work.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities).
Knowledge of Agent Force and Data Cloud.
Experience supporting integration tasks through both code and configuration.
Familiarity with middleware platforms and integration patterns.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and custom UI components.
Exposure to SPIFF development (for exception cases).
Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles and feature adoption.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools.
Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to convert requirements into scalable solutions.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom UI components.
Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and follow Salesforce development best practices.
Support integration between Salesforce and third-party/internal systems.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and best practices.
Work within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and performance.
